The Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) has assured the people of Ghana that the credibility of the December 7, 2024, elections will not be affected even though an electoral officer transported electoral materials in a private vehicle.
According to the Commission, the said officer has been questioned by the Ghana Police Service.
It will be remembered that a District Electoral Officer in Afadjato South in the Volta Region was found transporting some electoral materials in a private vehicle without security or protection, contrary to the policies of the Commission.
