Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta has been declared wanted by the Special Prosecutor.
This was after the former Finance Minister refused to show up for an ongoing investigation in which he is a suspect.
Although the legal team of the former minister has informed the Special Prosecutor that he is out of the country for medical reasons, the OSP is not convinced.
Mr. Agyebeng has vowed to use the resources available to ensure that the former Minister appears before the OSP.
At a press conference, the Special Prosecutor announced “Consequently, the OSP declares Ken Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta a wanted person. He is a fugitive from the law”.
