The Ghana Education Service has interdicted the Headmaster of Piina Senior High School.
The Interdiction is pending the outcome of a full-scale investigation into a case in which food items were found in his official pickup on his way from Piina SHS to Wa on Thursday, February 6.
He has been asked to hand over the administration of the school and all school property in his possession to the Upper West Regional Director of Education.
He was urged to make himself available to assist with the investigation.
The letter signed by Upper West Regional Director of the Ghana Education Service, Razak Abdul Korah, indicated that the procedural directive does not constitute a presumption that he is guilty.
