President John Dramani Mahama has reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to the Free Senior High School (FSHS) policy, assuring Ghanaians that measures will be taken to improve its implementation and broaden its impact.
Speaking at the 92nd National Annual Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission Ghana conference held at Gomoa Pomadze in the Central Region, the President highlighted his vision to reform and enhance the entire educational value chain.
“The completion of abundant e-blocks, and investments to provide equitable learning opportunities nationwide and across the whole education value chain,” Mahama stated, emphasizing his administration’s dedication to addressing disparities in education.
He acknowledged the need for a comprehensive review of Ghana’s education system and announced plans to organize a conference aimed at tackling challenges in education at all levels.
“This conference will review our educational system right from the kindergarten through the basic to secondary to tertiary to technical vocational education, and identify what the hindrances to quality education are at each level of the educational system,” he explained.
