If NDC does things right, NPP won’t win election in Ghana again

Member of Parliament for Bodi, Samson Ahi, has said that the New Patriotic Party may not be able to win power in Ghana if the National Democratic Congress (NDC) does its things right.

According to him,the overwhelming win by the New Patriotic Party is an indication

for a party to win elections with just two regions, there is something fishy in the register, especially in the Ashanti and Eastern Regions.

Sampson Ahi was speaking on Accra-based Adom TV when he made this known.

“If the NDC does things right, the NPP may not see power again in their lifetime. A party that at a point was winning elections with just two regions. The problem we have is that there is a challenge with the register in the Ashanti Region and something has to be done about it,” he told Adom TV.

On claims that there was voter apathy, hence the loss of the NPP in election 2024, he indicated that it does not make sense because Ghanaians across the board voted against the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mahama’s Government

On the new government, he indicated that President John Dramani Mahama will do away with the perception that all politicians are the same because he is coming to power with a new direction.

He indicted that the 24-Hour Economy will provide Ghanaians with sustainable jobs; something the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government was unable to do.
