Nigerian socialite VeryDarkMan has dismissed allegations of being gay, claiming the accusations were a calculated attack orchestrated by media personality Nedu.
During an episode of the Honest Bunch podcast, ex-BBNaija housemate DeeOne alleged, “VeryDarkMan is interested in men. In fact, he swings both ways.” The statement sparked controversy, with many urging the activist to sue.
However, VeryDarkMan refused to take legal action, stating, “I don’t need to take anyone to court. My mouth is my power, and I’ll handle this here.” Instead, he turned his attention to Nedu, accusing him of plotting the smear campaign.
“Nedu invited DeeOne just to attack me because I ignored him. He has been begging me to come on his podcast, but I refused. Now, he’s using this to get at me,” he alleged.
To back his claims, he shared WhatsApp chats showing persistent messages and calls from Nedu. “I knew something was up when he wouldn’t stop reaching out. Now, this makes perfect sense,” he added.
Meanwhile, VeryDarkMan has touched down in Ghana, making waves with an unexpected meetup with rap icon Sarkodie.
The duo was spotted together in Accra, igniting conversations across social media.
While the exact reason for their link-up remains unknown, fans have speculated about a possible collaboration or a deep conversation between the two public figures.
VeryDarkMan, known for his outspoken nature, also took time to explore Ghana, sharing glimpses of his experience and appreciation for the culture.
