Cabic Promotions Presents ‘Cabic Fight Night,’ featuring Samuel Takyi and more
Boxing activity returns to Idrowhyt Events Center at Dansoman, Accra with the Cabic Fight Night on January 31, 2025 featuring some of the nation’s best boxers on the bill.
2020 Olympic Games bronze medalist Samuel ‘Ring Warrior’ Takyi, African Games 2023 bronze medalist Abubakar Kamoko, Emmanuel Mankattah, WBO Africa and National Heavyweight Champion Osumanu Haruna, Michael Darku, Kofi Dana, Emmanuel Quaye, Theophilus Kpakpo Allotey aka Theo Lopez who also represented Ghana at the 2024 Olympic Games qualifying series and African Games medalist and other exciting boxers are among the headlines when Cabic Promotions return with the Cabic Big Fight Night at the beautiful Idrowhyt Event Centre in Dansoman.
Gate fees range from 200ghc, 100ghc and 50ghc.
In an exclusive interview with Promotions Manager of Cabic Promotions, Mr. Gideon Oyiadzo aka Jingles, he said Ghana Boxing needs to be pushed with more bouts and that is the only way to keep boxers active and always in good condition for fights any time anywhere.
He expressed that the essence of the Cabic Fight Nights is to prepare the boxers for big fights and those who do well will be given the chance to engage in bigger fights outside Ghana.
He commended the recent Boxing Ghana Awards as very motivating and inspiring as many people in boxing will now work hard to be recognized and rewarded.
He called for more sponsors to support boxing.
