Dancehall Artiste, Stonebwoy has shot down calls to represent the people of Ashaiman in Parliament.
The musician who spoke to Ike De Unpredictable in an interview on Kumasi-based Angel FM indicated that even though there are calls on him to consider entering politics, he has his eyes on the ball with his academics and career as an entertainer.
Stonebwoy, who is currently pursuing a Masters Degree at GIMPA, said juggling academics and music has been very difficult but he continues to work to ensure that his dreams come true.
The jegereje hitmaker indicated that he is focused on building a solid brand in music and academia but did not rule out anything in the future.
“Please, I can’t stand the MP problems. I beg, I have a lot to think about. I am finishing my masters in May so you guys must pray for me.
I had a concert on Sunday, but I took an exam on Friday. Then people will say I didn’t go to school. So now my friends in class say they will be posting to show people that I come to school. They said I didn’t go to school because when I was schooling they were sitting in their homes,” he said.
