President-elect John Dramani Mahama has assured the people of Ghana of building a country that works for all.
In a Christmas wish shared via his social media platforms, the president-elect indicated that he will build a prosperous country anchored on freedom, justice, accountability, and equal opportunities for all.
He used the opportunity to thank the Ghanaian people for the confidence reposed in him t lead the country for the next four years.
John Dramani Mahama is expected to be sworn in on January 7, 2025, to begin his second term in office as president.
This was after an overwhelming endorsement by the Ghanaian people in the 2024 election that saw the governing New Patriotic Party losing woefully.
