CHAN Qualifier: PFAG, Ex-players visit Black Galaxies ahead of Nigeria clash


The Professionals Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) and some ex-national players visited the Black Galaxies as they held their final training session in Accra ahead of the CHAN qualifier against Nigeria on Sunday.

General Secretary of PFAG, Anthony Baffoe led his colleagues and some former national stars to boost the team as it goes all out to try and beat their sworn rivals for a place at the CHAN tournament in 2025.

Former Black Stars defenders Isaac Vorsah and Sam Johnson, midfielders Emmanuel Agyemang Badu and Godwin Attram were among the players that visited the team at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday December 21, 2024.

The Black Galaxies will take on Nigeria in the first leg tie at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday December 22, with the return leg scheduled to take place on Saturday December 28, 2024 in Nigeria. Kick off 16:00 GMT (4pm local time).

The winner of the two-legged tie will secure qualification for the 2024 CHAN tournament, which will be co-hosted by Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
