Former Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has promised Ghanaians that John Dramani Mahama’s government will run like a task force.
According to him, they have accepted the offer of the Ghanaian people to lead and deliver results, and that is what they intend to do.
Julius Debrah believes that regardless of the lean government they intend to run, they are results-oriented and will deliver to the benefit of the Ghanaian people.
He explained that their key focus will be agro-processing because that is the key.
“The joy of having the mandate and being able to make things happen is what is resonating with me. I am so excited about President Mahama’s new direction and believe you me, campaigning is over, the rhetorics are over and we are going to deliver. When I say we are going to deliver I mean what I am saying and that is what is making me so happy. We are getting the opportunity, the peoples mandate to prove a point to create jobs, bring up industries and to expand our agro-processing and I can bet on it,” he said.
On their government promising 60 Ministers, he indicated that it is possible because in the United states they have a few ministers but they make things happen and that is the same thing they intend to do in Ghana.
“This government is going to run like a taskforce where we set the task and achieve it. Believe you me, with the limited number of sixty, we will follow it and make it work that you’ll be so impressed,” he told Joy News.
