Black Maidens Management Committee visit team at Prampram


Management Committee members of the Black Maidens paid a visit to the team’s training camp at the Technical center in Prampram on Wednesday.

The delegation which was led by the Committee chairman Nana Sarfo Oduro interacted with the players and the technical team ahead of the commencement of the WAFU B U17 Girls Cup.

Coach Joe Adarkwa and his side have been in Prampram for the past few weeks as they prepare for their pending tournament. The delegation included other management members, Alhaji Mustapha Oliver, Mohammed Abu Jamal and Ebenezer Oppong.

Chairman Nana Sarfo Oduro reaffirmed the Ghana Football Association’s (GFA) commitment to seeing to their welfare and asked that they put in their maximum effort as far as the pending competition is concerned. The committee also presented assorted drinks to the team as a sign of commitment which was well received by captain, Latifah Abesik.

The Black Maidens face Benin in the opening Match of the WAFU B U17 Girls Cup on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 3:00pm in Prampram. The game will be telecasted live on Max TV.
