The People’s Trust, Not Money, Will Secure My Victory

As the political temperature rises with the ongoing election season, Frank Annoh Dompreh, the Member of Parliament for the Nsawam-Adoagyiri constituency, has expressed strong confidence in his upcoming re-election.

During a recent visit to several polling stations within his constituency, Dompreh took a moment to engage directly with voters, sharing his belief that his victory is all but certain.

“I’m absolutely confident I will win,” Dompreh said, as he greeted residents with warmth and enthusiasm. “The people of this constituency know me. They’ve seen the work I’ve done over the years. They want me back for another four years, and that’s what drives my confidence.”

While acknowledging that there have been minor irregularities in the electoral process, Dompreh insisted that these would not hinder his success.

“Yes, there have been a few bumps here and there, but my victory is clear. The people are behind me, and that’s all that matters,” he added, smiling reassuringly.

Dompreh’s relationship with his constituents has been built over years of hands-on involvement in their daily lives, addressing their concerns, and fighting for their needs. He noted that these connections were rooted in genuine affection, not in any form of manipulation.

Responding to accusations that he might have offered money to voters, Dompreh dismissed these claims outright. “I don’t need to bribe anyone.

The love and support I’ve received from the community is real. The people know my heart, and they trust me,” he stated emphatically. “I’ve been serving them, not buying their votes.”

Further fueling the controversy, rumors had swirled that Dompreh was carrying a firearm during his visits, causing fear among some voters.

“I’ve heard the rumors,” Dompreh said, shaking his head. “But let me be clear—there is no weapon. I am not carrying a firearm. I am here to serve and engage with my people, not intimidate them.”
