As the countdown to Ghana’s December 7th elections intensifies, key political figures are stepping up their efforts to secure a victory for their candidates.
Among them is Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi, a former Minister during President Kufuor’s era, who has called on polling station executives in the Techiman South constituency to play an active role in mobilizing voters and ensuring a strong showing for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Accompanied by Hon. Peter Mensah, Hon. Gariba, and the constituency executives, Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi made a passionate appeal for support, rallying party members and activists to get out the vote and help propel Dr. Bawumia to victory.
In a series of strategic meetings with party activists, Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s leadership qualities and emphasized why he was the best candidate for the job.
“Dr. Bawumia has proven to be a leader with integrity, vision, and a deep understanding of the needs of our people. He is the change we need to secure a better future for Ghana,” said Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi, underscoring Bawumia’s qualifications and leadership capabilities.
The former minister also urged the grassroots to take action, stressing the importance of an energetic door-to-door campaign. “We cannot afford to leave any stone unturned. Every household in Techiman South must hear why Bawumia is the right choice for our country,” he emphasized.
