The spokesperson of the John Dramani Mahama campaign, Joyce Bawa Mogtari has indicated that the former President must be credited for making Ghana an aviation hub.
She argues that, but for investments made by John Dramani Mahama, Ghana wouldn’t have achieved much in the aviation industry.
Joyce Bawa Mogtari’s claim comes on the back of the fact that Prempeh II Airport in Kumasi will welcome its first international flight from London on December 3, 2024.
In a post shared via social media, Joyce Bawa Mogtari hailed former President John Mahama for the foresight he had and the investments in the sector in some parts of the country.
“Leader like John Mahama, thanks to his vision of making Ghana a West African Aviation Hub, Invested in the #resetting of the Tamale, Kumasi and Kotoka airports to meet Int. Standards!”.
